  • All our Bulk Ink and Compatible Cartridges(e.g. inks, cartridges, CIS) are flat rate delivery Australia wide.
  • Pick-up is welcome
  • All items are delivered as soon as payments are cleared.
  • All orders are delivered with tracking number -- delivery time may take 2-6 business days, depends on the posting area.
  • We cannot be liable for any loss or damage during delivery.
  • Your order is effective for 2 business days, if you do not pickup or clear the payment within 2 business days, your order will be cancelled automatically.
  • If you choose to pickup your order, please pickup within 2 business days after you have placed order. To see our opening hours, click here
  • If you choose to deliver your order, we will ship order as soon as we have received payment. a confirmation email will be sent to your email when order is sent
  • You may estimate postage on the checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery arrives, remote places expect 2-3 more business days
